End user Agreement not showing up

Hello I'm new here D:

Whenever I try to log on into the game, The window for the End User agreement is blank, and cannot proceed beyond it. Is there something I'm doing wrong.

i've checked all realm lists. they are set to login.kronos-wow.com.

 
Sounds like a client issue. Where is your client from? Have you deleted your WDB folder if it's not fresh?

One more thing you can try -
SET readTOS "1"
SET readEULA "1"
instead of zeros in WTF/Config.wtf file.
 
thanks :) but i think i found out why, when i downloaded it from the torrent, -knocks head- it auto un-selected the html / img files so i think i just need to re-download the file again, but if that still doesn't work i will definitely try your suggestion thanks again -thumbs up-
