<Fierce> is a PvE-focused progression guild. We raid during NA peak hours but are open to anyone that can raid at those times wherever in the world they might be.
We originally started as a group of friends who have played WoW and other games together for many years, this is neither our first reroll and it most likely won't our last, though most of us have lost interest in retail and thus have no specific reroll plans until Corecraft comes out in 2060. Until then, Kronos is our home and we have immensely enjoyed playing here.
Since our creation we have been recruiting many new and interesting personalities we have found on the server to our guild. We grew exponentially and and as a result we have restructured ourselves and the leadership to reflect that of a real progression guild instead of a casual group of friends. We avoid giving special treatment and anyone can be given important ranks/responsibilities if they prove themselves capable, regardless of whether they know anyone or not, and many have done so.
We have a large variety of members, from people who are experiencing Vanilla and WoW for the very first time to people who have played WoW since Day 1 on retail and raided Naxx as well as players who have achieved the highest PvP ranks.

❧ What We Expect ☙
We expect members to be able to get their best in slot, and to know their class. We have many extremely helpful guild members who constantly run dungeons to help new members gear up, as well as help people learn their class, so there is little to no reason to show up to raids in all greens. We also expect you to be consistent in your guild attendance, especially when it comes to progression and even more so if you are getting important gear from raids.
In terms of personality/guild environment, we have many people from different backgrounds and our guild chat/mumble discussions aren't the most tame. We expect people to know where to draw the line when it comes to banter but in general we are pretty open.
What we do not tolerate however is negative behavior, not only to fellow guild members but to others as well. Being disrespectful to others in dungeon groups, ninjaing items from others, being an egotistical ass to others etc. are all fair grounds for a gkick.
❧ Loot System ☙
Fierce uses a private, single-bid, main spec over off spec DKP system. DKP is rewarded for participating in boss kills, guild farming events, attending on time, and for donating to the guild bank. We also reserve the right to gear our tanks first in the interest of progression.
