Horrible Dungeon Lag

Not sure if this is just me but every time i go into a dungeon I have horrible lag out in the world typically I'm fine its always in dungeons. Just curious if anyone else is having this issue and if it's a known issue is it being looked at and/or corrected.

After starting Razorgore event in BWL, the lag becomes huge for some reason and stays that way for Vael too.

This is what I've noticed most since last week.. out in the world my ping is fine, in a raid it's not even playable..
