"In Dreams" quest not working

Just noticed one of the cooler (harder to script) quests in Vanilla still isn't working.

The quest is working actually
It's hard to finish as it should be. Just a few side events arent working 100% thats all.

It is confirmed and testers/devs are doing what they can to discover every script about this quest and then will fix that mofo!

yea but its a flaw in the tracker system.. there are just minor flawes and the quest is flagged as not working, this shouldn't be the case, if some make a quick check if some important quest don't work he wont bother tho read tha whole issues.
