Paladin Is anticipation not working?

I just put 5/5 into anticipation but in my skill sheet the +10 defense is nowhere to be found. is it working but invisible or did i just waste 5 talent points?

Why would it show +10 in your sheet? It will simply say 310/310 at lvl 60, so whatever is your level now, it added 10 extra points to your current and maximum skill.

i thought +def and +weapon skill from items showed as a green +n on your skill sheet so i assumed the talent would act the same, but ok, as long as it works.

But Anticipation is not an item :smile: You could always create a human paladin character and check its mace skill, humans have a racial for +5 maces.
