Last Week's Honor on K2

Everyone is aware that there was a problem at release with how Honor was being calculated for low level players. It seems to have been fixed. However, the results of today Honor calculation seem a bit odd.

Players that farmed low level BG/world PvP are already rank 4. While I think a reset would be justified, I'm not here to cry for that, just to get some clarification on what happened. I had 18 HK's and 1500 Honor and received no progress (still rank 0). A couple friends also got 15+ HKs and are still rank 0.

Was Honor gained during a certain time period last week not included in the calc? Or is there a 25 HK minimum to receive a standing on K2? If that is the case, is rank freezing possible?

I am fairly sure there is a 25hk minimum. Also I wouldn't know why rank freezing would be possible, it certainly is not on K1.

Still, some players were not really smart, they took the 1st standings without the level to get the points...
Some got 12k points but only received 6500 because they were 29...
