Actually they is no CCdelay on the server (Kronos2).
What are you thinking, good idea, bad idea?
For me it's essential for everybody.

Yea I think I was the first one to mention this on the bugtracker when the server just started, cause u can't double charge in duels n stuff. I think it's part of vanilla, but I'm very sure they won't just add it now, when they haven't all this time.
