Please enable channel ownership in custom channels

Right now, only /world has channel ownership enabled and this is strictly used by the GMs to moderate the channel. It would be nice if custom channels could also have the ownership system enabled. It can be frustrating when trolls figure out your guild's class or healing channels and there is no way to remove them from the channel.

Not sure why this isn't already enabled by default.
 
That doesn't make sense, because right now on Kronos 1 alliance world chat has chat commands enabled. This does not appear to be the case on k1 horde or k2. It doesn't seem to be a problem either and I'm sure the benefits outweigh the risks
