Possible 3-man multiboxer in Dun Morogh

Pretty sure this guy is multiboxing 3 toons, although I could not get a SS, but second and third toons (lvl 9 nelf priest Usagi, and lvl 9 nelf druid Paws) are running as one (you literally cannot see which is which) and following first toon (lvl 9 human warlock ) Mei. My understanding is that multiboxing is it not allowed here. I know there are probably others doing it, but maybe a GM will see this and look into it.
