Ranking on Kronos II

Dear Kronosfolks,

I'd like to know, how was the timeline on Kronos I regarding ranking? When were you able to reach high ranks (11-14) on this server? From the start once you were level 60? From my understand you could reach rank 9 or 10 below lvl 60 and the high ranks at lvl 60. But will they be available from the start?

P.S. First published that on General Discussion but thought it might fit better in PvP, duh.
 
You can google it. Ranks are capped for levels. 59 can reach 14 already. 51 can reach rank 10.
You can start ranking right away. Many people on Kronos did so and were about R6-8 when they dinged.
