So Rag Monday did the moon glade event involving Eranikus that requires 30ish people to complete. So after doing this decently difficult event we find out the event is still broken after 5 months on the server. After going through discord our officer is told not only do we have to redo the event that we have screenshots and tons of other evidence, but we also have to have a head gm present when we do the event?
Are you serious? We are a NA guild, we do this event when it's 2-6am for the head GMs, so we are just SoL? How the hell is this the best solution you have reached after 5months?
We are really struggling to fill raids, we barely killed Eranikus after using a bunch of consumes, and apparently all those efforts were wasted? How the fuck have you not added some text to the quest saying "you need the head GMs present to do this quest"? If you can't fix the fuxking quest cant you at least make sure you don't waste guilds time if this is your best fix? How fucking hard is that?
