Working MoveAnything addon?

So basically I'm looking for an addon to mainly move the quests logs to the right side of the screen since when I shift-click them they overlign with my HP bar.

I can't get MoveAnything to work tho, I might have a wrong version of it but it doesn't work IG.

Help would be appreciated, thanks.
