Spider wing was tested on the PTR in January and Anub'rekhan's impale was bugged and reported and there were 9 months to fix it and the bug was present on launch day but hot fixed 1 day later???

You need to understand that when codes are written, tested, fixed or what ever, there are chances of complications when transferring to the live server. Blizzard themselves still occasionally release big patches that have been tested but things go wrong when patched live and hot fixes/server restarts happen.

No, Anub impale range being bugged was denied and we were told 'impale is fine' when PTR testing. (not the other issue with impale, insane damage, which was reported and fixed and could be attrituted to your post, somehow not making it to live)

Same with Patchwerk Hatefuls. That mechanic was wotlk on the ptr 1st week, got changed to vanilla during the 2nd ptr week and is wotlk now on live again.
