Faction change option

please implement race change. a large portion of my guild is waiting to pay for this option.

You can offer faction change and protect pop balance. On top of having to pay stars to transfer, you can require players to get 10 sponsors from the opposite faction. Doing this will allow players who want to join their friends who are playing the opposite faction to do so.

I think 1000 stars and 10 sponsors would work.
