"Manual Crowd Pummeler" is probably the best item for quick boss fights.
The overall stats is not so good but the use is insane, its not even Unique so go and farm it.

+16 Strength +5 Agility Durability 100 / 100 Requires Level 29

Use: Increases your attack speed by 50% for 30 sec. 3 charges per mace.

Afaik They dont recharge on their own?

Afaik you farm them like a raidconsumable BECAUSE they dont recharge. Using 3 charges and using a new pummeler then.
