Disregarding if they should fix all to 100% before release, if think you should relocate the progress bar.
The whole thing in itself is a really neat feature, to see what exactly is working and to what extend.
But I talked to multiple people now, who were new to the Kronos project and they got irritated/discouraged by the progress bar as well.
Think about it, the first thing you see is "FALL 2014" and that progress bar, which doesn't represent the progress towards the actual release at all, just the overall progress towards 100% blizzlike.
The best place for the progress bar would be in the tabs "ABOUT" or "INFORMATION". It's a neat source for information for interested players.
On display like it is now, all it does is to be misleading completely new and interested players. And if those players followed the project for some time now, the progressbar was misleading and discouraging to them.
The number of times I had to tell them, "just ignore it" or "its overall progress towards 100% blizzlike, not release" it just warrants to relocate it.
