A few days ago I could get in after 30 attempts or so, atm it's just not working (100+ attempts).

Exact same problem here. It used to to take a few attempts to get in but at least i was able to get in at some point, now it's just completely fucked for me.

Can't log in. It was suggested I should use VPN, but I don't want any third-party solutions. Please help.

So far the only thing that has worked for me I mentioned on the previous page. I really hope this gets fixed, while yes, I can play now, but it's a bit much to have to do this just to play.

working fine all morning with Hotspot Shield, then i got disconnected during an LBRS run and now I can't log back in.

It's been working with VPN, and now i can't get past "connecting"...

Edit: I disabled the VPN, and now I'm back to instant disconnects. Turned it back on and can't get past "connecting".

Instead of pasting an irc log maybe you could make a stickied thread detailing the issue and informing people on who to contact if you have problems?

The page says:

The most widely used are IceChat and KVIrc. These clients are independent applications with a large number of options.
IRC Server:
irc.twinstar.cz Port: 6697 (SSL)

But I cant connect on this server and this port:

and nothing happening after this.

The port is "+6697" and you have to have the SSL connection option ticked somewhere in the settings.

Aha, now it worked, but I needed to type: /server irc.twinstar.cz:+6697 and on your page is: IRC Server:
irc.twinstar.cz Port: 6697 (SSL) which for me is different. But thanx anyway. :)
